Wir holen Offerten ein, stimmen Termine und Zutritte mit Handwerksbetrieben ab und dokumentieren den sichtbaren Fortschritt. Sie behalten den Überblick über offene Punkte und vereinbarte Kosten. Technische Planung, Fachbauleitung und bewilligungspflichtige Arbeiten werden bei Bedarf durch entsprechend qualifizierte Fachpersonen übernommen.
Schlüsselverwaltung und Zutrittskoordination

Für verbindliche Gutachten koordinieren wir auf Wunsch eine unabhängige Fachschätzung.

Wir unterstützen die Vorbereitung und die Koordination mit Ihrer Rechtsvertretung. Ob und in welcher Form eine Vertretung oder Begleitung zulässig ist, wird für das konkrete Verfahren geprüft. Eine Vollmacht allein ersetzt nicht in jedem Fall die persönliche Teilnahme.

Hilfreich sind Adresse, Fläche, Grundriss, Baujahr, Angaben zu Zustand und Renovationen sowie der Zweck der Einschätzung. Bei Bedarf vereinbaren wir einen Termin vor Ort.
Wie gehen Sie mit Schlüsseln und Unterlagen um?
Zugriffsberechtigte, Übergaben und der Umgang mit Unterlagen werden im Auftrag festgehalten. Angaben und Dokumente geben wir nur im vereinbarten Rahmen an berechtigte Beteiligte weiter.

We obtain quotes, coordinate appointments and access with contractors, and document visible progress. You receive an overview of open points and agreed costs. Technical planning, specialist construction supervision and work requiring permits are handled by appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
Key management and access coordination
We maintain a clear key register and document issue, return and agreed access. You decide who may enter and when. Appointments with tenants, property managers and authorised contractors can then be organised reliably.
Conciliation support alongside your lawyer
We organise inspection reports, photographs and correspondence, prepare a clear record of the facts and coordinate with your lawyer. Personal accompaniment can be arranged depending on the proceedings. Legal advice and representation are provided by the appointed law firm; any requirement for the parties to attend personally still applies.
An indicative market price for your property
Considering a rental or sale price? We review location, floor area, condition, features and available comparable listings. You receive a reasoned price range with its underlying assumptions. This is guidance, not a certified market valuation or a price guarantee. We can coordinate an independent professional valuation if a formal report is required.
Assignments across Switzerland
We can also support you on site outside Zurich. The location, task, timing, availability and travel costs are agreed in advance. You receive a clearly defined assignment and the agreed update, even when you cannot travel yourself.

We support preparation and coordination with your legal representative. Whether representation or accompaniment is permitted must be checked for the particular proceedings. A power of attorney does not always replace personal attendance.
What do you need for a price assessment?
Useful information includes the address, floor area, floor plan, construction year, condition, renovations and the purpose of the assessment. We can arrange a visit if needed.
How do you handle keys and documents?
Authorised access, handovers and document handling are agreed as part of the assignment. Information and documents are shared only with authorised parties within the agreed scope.

Nous tenons un registre des clés et documentons leur remise, leur restitution et les accès convenus. Vous définissez qui peut entrer et à quel moment. Les rendez-vous avec les locataires, les régies et les entreprises autorisées sont ainsi organisés de manière suivie.

Nous documentons les constats visibles, tenons une liste des points à traiter et coordonnons les rendez-vous avec les entreprises que vous avez approuvées. Nous aidons à préparer le dossier et à coordonner les démarches avec votre représentant juridique. La possibilité d’une représentation ou d’un accompagnement doit être vérifiée pour la procédure concernée. Une procuration ne remplace pas toujours la comparution personnelle.
De quoi avez-vous besoin pour une estimation?
L’adresse, la surface, le plan, l’année de construction, l’état, les rénovations et l’objectif de l’estimation sont utiles. Une visite sur place peut être organisée si nécessaire.
Comment gérez-vous les clés et les documents?
